Functions: It can work online with square-bottom machines or run independently. Automatically completes handle making, gluing, pasting and reinforcement. The handle positioning error is controlled within ±1mm.
If you need customized paper bags with brand logos, patterns and texts, flexographic printing machines are the ideal choice for roll paper production lines.
Configuration: 2–4 color flexographic printing machine, overprint accuracy ≤ 0.5mm.
Advantages: Integrated unwinding, printing, drying, cooling and rewinding. It can connect seamlessly with bag making machines to realize printing + bag making integrated production, reducing handling loss and labor cost.
Paper Compatibility: 30–120g/m² paper roll, maximum printing speed 120 m/min.
Slitting Machine (Optional)
It cuts large original paper rolls into standard widths required by bag machines, and also cuts sheet paper accurately. Equipped with high-speed round knives, it ensures smooth cutting edge without burrs.
Automatic Finishing & Bundling Machine
Automatically counts, stacks and bundles finished paper bags, 50–100 pieces per bundle. It greatly saves manual work and facilitates storage and delivery.
Air Compressor: Provides stable air pressure of 0.6–0.8MPa to drive cylinders, deviation correction systems and glue control valves.
Transformer: China standard industrial voltage is 380V/50Hz. A dedicated transformer is required according to local voltage for overseas installation.
Voltage Stabilizer: Essential for regions with unstable power supply. It protects electrical components and avoids machine failure or burnout caused by voltage fluctuation.
